    Sesame Seed Oil, Cold Pressed & Deodorised Organic Origin is Mexico. Sesame oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from sesame seeds.

     

    Affects

    Sesame oil is a semi dry oil that is easily absorbed. It is a popular carrier oil, often used in aromatherapy and massage. It is also traditionally used in the practice of Indian medicine (Ayurveda) to remove heat, reduce stress and pacify the nervous system. Sesame oil is often used to relieve lethargy and fatigue, whilst promoting strength and energy and increasing circulation.
    Sesame oil is rich in fatty acids including linoleic acid and oleic acid, as well as many vitamins and minerals including vit E, magnesium, copper, calcium, iron and zinc.

    Some suggested directions for use:
    Apply to skin or hair as often as desired. Can be used neat or can be mixed with another carrier oil and / or add essential oils as desired.

    Precautions:
    Do not take internally
    Keep away from children and eyes.
    Discontinue use if any skin irritation occurs
    If oil gets into eyes splash out with water, seek medical advice if necessary.
